We had our vehicle serviced there for oil changes and tire rotations while we were stationed at Irwin. We had a few recalls on our vehicle and they said it could take 6 hours for them to complete. They didn't offer me a loaner vehicle, but they offered to take me to the closest Target. I kindly denied the offer, but they had my vehicle taken care of in about 2 hours. We were always pleased with the time it took to complete the necessary services. We didn't have any experience with their sales department, but we were pleased with the service department.
