"Fitch Park at Ord Military Community"
Fitch Park at Ord Military Community. This was one of the best places we have ever lived! The rent was a little high, but utilities were paid. (And when we used less than average, we got a refund.) Our children loved having other children to play with. There were several playgrounds in the neighborhood. There was a community center with rooms to rent for parties. There is also a community center in a nearby neighborhood with a pool. Would definitely move back!!!

- Recommendations: All of the newer family housing in Old Fort Ord area is really nice. It is a few miles further from the base than some of the housing areas, but traffic is not usually a problem. My husband could get to work in about 15 minutes.
