I haven't been here long but I really like it so far. It seems to be a lot more quiet than living on the other base at Port Hueneme. Then again I haven't explored the other neighborhoods yet. The only down here is that the houses are not sound proof. You can hear what is going on inside when only a few feet away from the house. The house is roomy though, and I quite like the new updates that they have done (floor, paint, etc). It's not a very big base, but so far no traffic issues or major complaints. Everything that I need is within walking distance or a short drive. The staff have also been really friendly and helpful.
