"New England Navy Housing"
Duplex or Quadplex Navy housing, newly redone but cheaply redone. All are two story. Most residents are mid to young 20's, lots of kids. Great alternative (if it's full) to SOAC fishbowl which was under construction while we were there. Officers O1-O3 live in outer loop, enlisted live in inner loop. Outer circle backs to woods, inner circle backs to common area. Good for short term stay but wouldn't want to live there more than 6 months or a year. Not private at all.
