"New Custer housing"
Nice new houses in a cute community set up with many playgrounds and a pool. Like someone said, you have many quick turnarounds because most people that are going to be stationed longer live off post where there are more things to do.

"Nice and New"
Custer Village is the housing option on Ft. Benning for mainly O-3. Lots of MCCC students and their families live here so it's very easy to meet people, but families come and go very quickly. The housing is new or completely renovated and looks nice and uniform. There are several playground and a pool nearby. Custer is located just inside the main gate off I-185, which makes it very easy to get to.
