"Million Dollar Views"

During our time at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, we lived in military housing on Julian on Hickam AFB. If you're offered housing in that area, snap it up. From seeing ships and submarines pass through the channel right behind the houses to the beautiful Pearl Harbor views and lush landscaping, this is the sort of home most only dream of. There's also a well kept running/walking trail that goes right behind the housing along the water. Huge kitchen, open floor plan, attached garage. The proximity to the elementary school will be a plus for some--since our children were grown it was a bit noisy and school traffic could be crazy, but it was a small price to pay for a beautiful waterfront home!
