Fort Riley: Warner Peterson
Warner Peterson
On Fort Riley
"Depressed"
The hold area on and off post is very depressing, on post they take all your BAH, not worth it, if I would have known I would have stayed off post, I have a power outage right now as I'm writing this, in Warner Peterson housing on post, going on 2 hours, they don't know when power will be installed, and it's summer time outside, hot temperatures, I have freezer full of meat, and it's melting fast.
Don't stay on post!

"Cookie Cutter Houses Clustered together"
We lived in a fairly new senior enlisted home. It only lasted 1 year. Things broke often like our air conditioner and it took forever to get it fixed in the middle of a HEAT wave. You have to rent a fence on post and the price depends on how big of an area you have fenced. It's a nice area but the newer housing seems amazing. Newer housing would be in Forsyth/and some in Warner Peterson
