"Base Housing Exceeds Expectations"
The off base military housing at NAS Pax River is a great community as well as a great value. Homes are less than five years old, there are playgrounds and a pool right in the complex. Kid and dog friendly. And maintenance takes care of pretty much everything, including changing the light bulbs in your house! The off base neighborhoods are Columbia Colony and Challenger Estates, and less than 2 miles from base are the recently renovated Glenn Forest units.
