"Get the "Skinny" on Sump Pumps!"
I would give this house four stars if it were not for the fact that since we moved in, the noisy sump pump has been cycling every 10 minutes, 24/7, which can be heard in every room of the house - and the snow has not yet begun to melt!
Frankly, I must question the integrity of Balfour Beatty Homes - the agency leasing the properties. Why we were not told that there is a definite water problem in this house is anyone's guess. I mean, this house wasn't built yesterday. Somebody had to know.
Be VERY leery of leasing ANY house on Minot AFB that has a basement/sump pump, as I have it on pretty good authority that we are not alone.
