"Not the best"
We've lived in Military housing at different bases many times but the rising view homes in Bellevue, NE are some of the worst I've ever lived in. They're cheaply made and just so small. In the Junior NCO housing the houses do not have any sort of tornado area you can go, i.e basement, closet etc. There is no pantry or much cupboard space, no sprayer on the kitchen sinks, no medicine cabinets, the paint on the walls get marked up so easily, if you breath on them wrong there will be a mark left on it.
