"Poor management. Rules not enforced."

We lived in privatized housing for about 5 years while stationed at WPAFB. My husband was a young SrA and I was in college and we had kids. It's what we had to do. There were so many rules and regulations and that's great if they are enforced. The area is a dump. Our garage and car both got broken in to. Mad River school district is horrible.

Pros Cons
  1. New privitized housing is nice.
  2. Great location to shopping and restaurants
  3. Good for outdoorsy people
  1. Housing is small and poorly built.
  2. Management is poor at best.
  3. Dogs running loose
  4. Trashy neighbors.
