Vance AFB: Hunt Housing-Vance AFB

After 5 bases, I can honestly say this is the worse housing company that exists today. The houses are 70+ years old and have not really been updated and when things go wrong it is a problem to get fixed. I am on my 85th work order in about 12 months from minor to major issues.
Sally needs to be fired, she is rude and horrible with customers. She tries yelling at people when it is her company that created the issue. Definitely someone to stay away from when getting a house if you can. She is the one that will ask “what do you want?” When you call the line. I wish Vance gave more BAH than what they do so I could afford a better house. I wish I could give zero stars… there are tons of problems with this company like providing suitable drinking water. Shouldn’t be about to smell the water coming out of the faucet.

While the homes at Vance AFB aren’t in the worst condition compared to some of the other base housing, hunt housing is the worst when it comes to multiple things. They hire landscapers to keep up with the properties, but don’t bother to send someone to check the work of the people they are paying. Unless you live near the main roads, the houses aren’t being done nicely, or at all! The maintenance office will forget about work orders that have been put in multiple times, and take weeks to complete! Also, Hunt is always having to shut the water off at least once a week for more than a couple hours.

Housing has been easy to work with. Whenever an issue with the house arose, maintenance was quick to come fix it. The house it self is nice (in the new homes on base), and have no complaints!
