"New, spacious housing"
We lived in Chamizal Vista housing for almost 4 years. The town home we lived in was brand new when we moved in and was huge. I was very impressed with how nice it was. Each town home is two stories although there are also one story accessible homes. Our home was light and airy. It had 4 large bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The master had a huge walk in closet. There also is a spacious walk in pantry and laundry room with hook ups in the kitchen area leading to a one car garage. There was laminate type wood flooring downstairs and carpet upstairs. Each home has a spacious, fenced in backyard and lockable storage on the covered patio. The neighborhood has a seasonal swimming pool, clubhouse, basketball courts, and playgrounds throughout. There is also parking available for guests. My favorite part of living here was being so close to Freedom Crossing, the library, and medical clinic. Everything was within walking distance for the most part.
