"JBLM Military Housing"
The military housing on JBLM post army side is not bad at all. Depends on how many family members you can base on how many bed rooms you get. There is always a guest bed room for that family member that likes to visit.
The kitchen has everything you need...for stove to frig to dishwasher. Some housing have hard wood floors and others have carpet.
Lawn care is always taken care of so no need to worry unless to have a fence in area. That would have to be taken care of by you.
Depends on the house or apartment you will have a garage with driveway or huge parking lot with street parking too.
Everything you need is on post and very close together. Here in Washington everything is near by off post too.
