"Extremely luxurious apartments for resident comfort."

The Carlsbad area apartments in Windsor are extremely expensive, with rents from $ 2,000 to $ 3,500, I consider this to be one of the most expensive apartments I have ever resided in. However, not everything is so bad, Windsor provides excellence in comfort for all its clients, allowing each of them to enjoy areas such as a 24-hour gym, pool play areas, movie theaters, and also has a excellent opening to the tourist area, allowing the resident to enjoy the scenery, beaches and other things in the Windsor area. I highly recommend staying here, the apartments are really attractive, luxurious (especially the kitchen).

"Nestled in the Heart of Suburbia"

Carlsbad - "Village by the Sea" is known for its beautiful beaches, the famous La Costa Resort and Spa, Legoland, Flower Fields, and Outlet.

As the title states, the Windsor at Aviara apartments are nestled in the heart of one of Carlsbad's many suburban neighborhoods. There are many young professionals and young families residing in this luxury, gated apartment complex. The leasing office staff are a pleasure to work with and quite friendly. There is even a community brunch every month! The apartments are well-maintained and the community itself is well-kept.

This is a pet-friendly apartment. However, there are many dog owners who do not clean up after their pooches. Beware, parking can be difficult if you do not have a reserved carport.

Overall, it's a great place to live in one of North County's best neighborhoods. Highly recommend.
