"Lodge-esque living in the middle of Groton"
Currently living in The Ledges and really like it. We're here for a short period of time and it's nice. If you hit them at the right time you can get a really good deal on a place to live. We living in the townhomes and they are 3 stories. In our the bedrooms are on the 3rd floor while the laundry closet is on the first floor, that's a bit inconvenient, but we're dealing with it. It's right off of rt. 12 and is a short distance from base.
