"Beach Apt for Patrick AFB"

I lived here with our 4 year old (at the time) when he deployed and felt safe. It is minutes from the beach which also has a dog park/portion and playground. The drive for him when he was home and commuting was easy he says. This apartment has a standard 6 ft deep pool. Someone had a pool birthday party here once so I'm guessing that is allowed. Once I locked myself out and the office personnel who lives on site helped me promptly which was so nice. They also worked well with our military move out. The hurricane caused damage to the apartment but the maintenance did their best with the situation. Ultimately, you have to have extra lighting in your unit because (especially with the ground floor maybe) it is very dark inside. There is a local bagel place across the street which is great food :)
