"The Reserve at Wynnfield Lakes"
The apartment community itself is nice & well-kept. Very safe & family friendly. Nice pool & amenity center. Drawbacks: the apartment management staff. Our truck was wrongfully towed because someone removed our resident sticker & they staff failed to check our licence plate on file, and our rent check was lost by the staff thus incurring a late fee for us. If you can avoid the staff, it really is a great location not too far from base, 10 minutes away from the beach, & 10 minutes away from St. John's Town Center.

- Recommendations: Some close friends lived in The Enclave and we almost rented there too - really nice & well-kept just down the road from The Reserve at Wynnfield Lakes. Extremely saturated with military families - gated apartment complex - feels very safe. It was about $100 more with slightly less square footage which is why we chose not to live there, but it was a very close second if you're looking for a gated community.
