"Perfect location"

We love the quiet location off exit 12 and being very close to the expressway. The apartments and newer and clean. Rent is high but we like our attached garage which makes it feel more like a townhouse. The pool and grilling area is beautiful and rarely crowded. There is a playground and some social activities. The management and maintenance crew are great. It's family friendly and very quiet! Close to everything on veterans and about 20 min or less to the main Benning gate.

"Greystone Falls"

We have lived in Greystone Falls for 6 months. We have absolutely loved staying here. The office staff are always friendly and helpful. All of our work orders for maintenance have been completed with in 24 hours. The maintenance men are always kind and happy to help and fix anything needed. We loved the pool this summer and use the gym often. The clubhouse is beautiful and free to reserve for parties. The complex and grounds are well maintained and always look great! It is a gated community and we have never felt unsafe.
