"Great during IBOLC or CCC!"

Units were great size for a two bedroom! Living room and kitchen were very spacious as well. The screened in porches were really nice considering how buggy it can get certain times of the year and nice peace of mind letting your pets relax on them.

"Affordable With Amenities"

This complex looks old on the outside, but many units are updated on the inside. Some even have fireplaces, which really add to the living room. They are carpeted throughout, minus the kitchen. Black appliances. This complex has SIX pools, two with waterfalls. One also has a hot tub hidden underneath a structured cave. This complex is very affordable with a 3 bedroom being just around $1,000/month (2015). This complex has a great gym with treadmills, free weights, and machines. They also host FREE fitness classes during the week. There are tennis courts and racquetball rooms. They also have a towel concierge and tanning rooms. There is also a putting green on the property and a couple of lakes stocked with fish for fishing. Because of the complex’s affordability, it tends to attract a certain crowd. The one and two bedroom areas have been known to be hotspots for car break ins. The 3 bedroom areas are definitely quieter and more family friendly with playgrounds throughout.

"Whisperhood"

Cars were broken into 2nd weekend living there, people would roam the streets at night, Our bedroom closet molded ruining all our stuff. the gates were always broken and people would just hop the fence.
