"Safe and Well-Managed"
I really have nothing negative to say about these apartments other than it being a little pricier than most, but totally worth it. Super safe area in Gurnee tucked away but still right down the road from the mall, grocery stores, and restaraunts! Six flags across the street too! The office staff is SUPER helpful and maintenence is quick about repairs. Pet friendly with a small dog park. Locked mailboxes and overall very safe. Plenty of parking. They were so flexible about helping military families move in. A++
