"Small Luxury Apartment KCMO"
We moved here in the Summer while stationed at Ft. Leavenworth. The facility has lots of great on site amenities; pool, gym, nail tech, etc. It is labeled as a "luxury" apartment and so far we have been very happy living here. Although the space is a bit smaller than we came from, I'm enjoying the smaller living (and it has a large attached garage which is rare for apartments). You can also rent additional garages if you need the storage. They have studios to 2 bedroom apartments. We don't have any pets but they are very pet friendly There is a new massage therapist on site and golf simulation room in the club house. It is gated as well. My husband has a bit of a commute to Ft. Leavenworth (about 30 minutes) but it is about 20 minutes or so from downtown Kansas City which is a nice trade off. The units come with washer and dryer and all appliances.
