"RUN AWAY"
Hey everyone,
Take my advice and stay as far away from these apartments / townhouses .
These apartments are one of the WORST places I've ever stayed in. Honestly these apartments aren't even that old and could easily be proper updated but since it'll cost the owners $$$$. It seems like they just don't care. The management nick picks all that is wrong with the place at time of the "post inspection".
Here's a list of cons for you:
Extremely insufficient windows
Paper thin walls
Poor maintenance of land
Gas bills ranging 300-600 in the winter
No satellite allowed ( management is a B)
Maintenance are friendly but uneducated
The garage has no garage opener
Outdated everything
- leaves doors unlock, track mud in home
- no idea what their doing
- takes days to finish basic jobs
- snow service, piss poor

"Tiny Village near the St. Lawrence Seaway"
These apartments are just outside the main part of the village, it is walking distance (about 30min walk) to the water and shops. In the summer and fall it is pretty, in the winter everything is dried up and covered with snow. The apartments look like old military barracks- they are not attractive, but they are ok in the inside. There are lots of kids and people with dogs here, it is VERY noisy and walls are thin. The windows are extremely drafty and don't close all the way, with no screens that let in cold air and bugs. They are large space wise, and lots of closets for storage. There is a heater, which is sooo expensive in winter, but no AC for summer and it is hot and humid. They are pretty good about clearing snow in winter. Maintenance people are nice, but work orders get lot so you may have to ask numerous times to get things fixed. There are garages that are separate from the buildings. I would recommend these apartments if they were not so far from post, it is a 45min drive.
