Tuscana Apartments: Off Base Apartment Complex

This apartment complex is amazing. My husband and I lived here while he was going through training, and when he was done with training and we knew that he was staying, we decided to stay here. The manager is very friendly and sweet. She wants to make sure you feel at home and all your needs are taken care of. She is quick to fix whatever is broken and/or send a professional out to help fix it. She is really good at communicating about up coming changes that will be made around the apartment complex, and she lets you know when a package has been delivered to the front office. The handy man that works around here is very sweet as well. He doesn't like having to fix things while you are gone if he doesn't have to because he recognized that this this your home and he hates the feeling of "invading" your home. When he is there, he always asks if there are any additional things you would like done, and he makes sure to tell you what he is fixing while he is doing it so you are never caught off guard. It is back off the main road so it is quiet and it is also on the backside of a golf course so there is lots of green spaces everywhere!

They are very pet friendly as well! There are trash bins and doggy bags all throughout lawn part of the apartment complex. There are so many couples with dogs around the apartment complex so you are sure to make fast friends with your neighbors.

There are a couple neighborhoods to the side of the apartment complex that are quiet and safe. So you have a couple of good options when you decide to go walking.

All in all we love this place and the manager and we have no complaints.
