"NOT SAFE"
There are some military here that rent. We rented here when we first moved here. It is an income qualification home, so expect to pay more for your unit then your neighbors. The apartments are nice and the staff is nice, but the residents are horrible. There are always kids unsupervised running around as little as 2 years old, barefoot and in diapers. The pool is always closed because someone breaks the rules on a daily bases. While I was there I witnessed drug busts, spousal abuse, and Child neglection. There are gunshots heard several times a month. We recently moved on base and unfortunately live right next to the apartments, I still have to call the police because we can hear gunshots from time to time. It is very conveniently close to the base, but we only lived there for 3 months and would never recommend nor live there ever again.
