"Safe, gated, and new complex"
In a town I was warned against before moving here, I feel extremely safe in this complex. There are two phases across the street from each other (not across a busy street) where each is pretty securely gated with access codes galore- one for car entries, one for walking entries, and one for the on site gyms (one in each phase). Interiors are new, functional, and great!
No solicitors allowed here, and I've seen magazine sales people try and quickly kicked out.
There is a lake (very large pond with a permanent fountain) right next to the DOG PARK! Those are really in the gated community!! There are dog waste stations all over the place with a constant supply of bags. There is a $30/month pet rent fee.
I've had great encounters with all the staff. They are military friendly and again very concerned with safety. With that they keep an eye on who comes in, I find that a benefit but maybe some may not see it that way.
I highly recommend this complex from apartment living in Lawton.
