"Middle of the Road"
Parc at Clarksville is a very average apartment complex. The location is close to Wilma Rudolph Blvd and all the stores/restaurants, but it's on a very busy and loud intersection. The units are well thought out, but not upgraded. Neighbors do not really interact with each other. There's a pool, gym, clubhouse, and garages available. The maintenance crew is timely and efficient. It's one of the less expensive complexes in town and you get what you pay for.
