"Old yet Modern"

San Marco is a fun area of Jacksonville that has a unique charm to it. It is a nicer area of town with older homes that can be quite expensive. On the main strip of San Marco, the Jacksonville Theatre is always a great place to visit or see a local show! There are also lots of tiny boutiques and cafes to walk around to .

  • Recommendations: I would live here if you enjoy historical neighborhoods. Most of the homes have been updated, although not all of them have. This is not a neighborhood for you if you want new construction. You will have to look elsewhere! You do have all of the charm of an Old established neighborhood here!
