Portsmouth is easily accessible to and from many towns in Rhode Island and Maine. Portsmouth has the best high schools, Look for a house without oil and AC! Bristol is awesome,
Barrington (2 towns north of Bristol) has the highest schools in the state. Bristol tries to compete with them for everything. It’s not much further than Portsmouth and you get a real town feel.
