I like the community and the location. Mt. Pleasant has a real "suburban family-friendly" feel to it. It’s close to downtown and walkable to so many places. It's beautiful and well kept. Everything (shopping, beaches, downtown) is close by and in most areas your children can walk to good schools, parks and recreation. I also recommend Summerville. It is more spread out, but you get more for your money- house and possibly yard, the schools are excellent, too.
