"Quiet but close to everything!"
We lived off Exit 8 off Rossview Rd in a very nice and quiet development called Monticello. Areas of Clarksville can have a lot of sprawl and many neighborhoods are crowded & not laid out well, but this area is none of that. But, it’s still only 8mins from the grocery store, mall, Sam’s Club, and restaurants. About 10-15mins from downtown Clarksville depending on traffic. Certain areas of post are 15-25mins away, just depends on what gate you’re going to and at what time.

"Rossview Area Exit 8"
Clarksvilles Exit 8 and Exit 11 are where most people want to live when they are considering family and schools. Exit 8-Rossview area has Rossview Elementary, Rossview Middle and Rossview High all on the same campus, which is great and rare for Clarksville. All schools have great rating and most of all the neighborhood around those schools are great. Overall the whole exit 8 area is Safe, Family Friendly, Military Friendly and is great location to I-24 for easy access to FT Campbell and Nashville.

Rossview off Exit 8 -I like that the Rossview school receives great reviews. It is close to Dunbar Cave State Park; great place to walk with kids. It is still very convenient to post. Neighborhood and entire town is very pro-military. Homebuilding store and restaurant are close.
