"Great Family Area"
Saginaw is a wonderful town north of Fort Worth. Lately, the housing market has been doing great so there are tons of subdivisions popping up. Saginaw offers beautiful homes and excellent schools. The city has multiple parks and a city water park too. I would recommend this town to everyone.

- Recommendations: I would recommend this area because of the great schools and home prices. The police are big of making you feel safe and the people are friendly.

Small town, great home prices, beautiful parks, excellent school system (Willowcreek Elementary, Creekview Middle & Boswell High). Very family friendly, quiet town. Beautiful recreation center with fitness center and wonderful waterpark! Community library is great and a larger library is only less than 5 minutes away in Fort Worth. About 20 minutes to downtown Fort Worth which has many shopping areas, restaurants, Historic Stockyards, etc.

- How would you describe this Area of Town: Outdoor Activities, Parks and Recreation
- Recommendations: Notes: it is slightly rural, not much in the way of nightlife and getting to most things takes a bit of time as it is very much spread out. The slower pace of life, the hospitality and excellent home prices made our time in Saginaw/Fort Worth Texas well worth it.
