"Small hiking trail and historical area"

This is a cute area to do a quick hike with family or friends. You'll find many people getting in some exercise, hangin' with their pups, or just genuinly enjoying the veiws. There's a decent amount of wildlife by the water (so if it's summertime, you'll want to pack bug spray.) Towards the middle of the trails there is a giant slab of rock - Aquia Creek Sandstone, which was a stone used in many of the early buildings in DC (White House and U.S. Capitol.) Fun, engaging, and educational/historical.
There are alot of good views and gorgeous during a sunset.
