Cheyenne is the Capitol of Wyoming but isn't as big as people think. It gets busy during Frontier days which is the last week of July. They really seem to like the base being here. There is a dog park here in town and plenty of parks to take the kids to. If you like outdoor activities there are plenty Colorado is minuets away, the Snowy Mountain Range is close by. If you prefer city activities Fort Collins is 45 min away and Denver isn't far either. This is a beautiful area.

- How would you describe this Area of Town: Outdoor Activities, Touristy, Locals Spot, Restaurant and Bars
- Recommendations: This place is great for kids. I haven't had any major problems with the schools. There are plenty of things to do for the kids. If your in your early 20's Fort Collins is close and there is plenty to do there. If you don't mind driving a little there is always something to do here. During Frontier days the town gets busy from an influx of people.
