"Would not recommend"
Ever since the new management took over a year & a half ago, things have been a complete mess. Maintenance is slows, yards look horrible, etc. We ended up having to buy our own weedwacker and lawn mower because our lawns were serviced so infrequently (even though it was supposed to be included in rent). We wish we moved out when the new management is took over, but are happy to finally be out of there.

"Amazing Duplex Community"
We lived in Kensington Rental Estates for 9 months. They are duplexes in Elgin Oklahoma, 15 minutes away from Fort Sill. We were the first tenants in a brand new gorgeous 2 bedroom 2 bath home. We enjoyed leaving here so much and the owners were absolutely wonderful as well as the management team
