"Condo Neighborhood Centrally Located"

Grayson Pond is a nice, small neighborhood very close to Little Creek Base and a short drive to Norfolk Naval Base. The neighborhood consists mostly of older couples, but there are a few families with children as well. It is also very close to the highway (64), the bay, and Town Center in VA Beach. The surrounding neighborhoods are not as nice, but it doesn't feel unsafe here. Grayson Pond is a very well lit neighborhood, which makes it feel really safe at night.
