"Rural with school in your backyard"
This neighborhood is developing which allows options for building, renting or buying already built. The elementary school is in our backyard. Other military families lives here too! Amenities include a pool with fountains and splash pad great for younger kids, grill and counter space, music system and tv with covered seating. The community also supplies toys for the pool and a first aid kit which is awesome! Homes around us have land with horses and cows, cotton fields and corn fields etc. But shopping, grocery stores and more are only 15 minutes away!
