"Safe for kids to play in the street"
Subdivision is in a country setting with only 64 lots. Subdivision is on the North side of town where most of the shopping and doctor's offices are. Homes are all brick and most are less than ten years old. Even though the neighborhood is surrounded by trees, shopping and restaurants are only two miles away.
