"Belleza Subdivision"
This is a very pretty neighborhood. It's quiet without a lot of traffic going through so kids could ride their bikes around the street etc. & Still be safe (under supervision of course to be safe). The homes are beautiful in this subdivision & it's in a great location. You're close to the center of Yuma where all the shops are, the airport & base. Base is roughly 15min away depending on traffic, airport 20min etc. Go to http://www.yumaschools.org for school info as we don't have school aged children yet.
