"Fantastic area of town"

I never personally lived in this area, but one of my very close friends does and I was at her house almost every day. This is very much a residential area. It is set on the very outskirts of town. While this can be somewhat of a disadvantage, you're still close to everything and you are also closer to Palm Springs based on your location. The neighborhood is friendly and calm. The houses are spacious in beautiful in the inside.
