"Plenty of space and convenience"
We had to compromise on location because my husband was working at Naval Base Ventura and I was working in Simi Valley. Camarillo is between the two. We had a home with delicious orange trees, which are common in the area. Camarillo has an old town, and we lived across the bridge/highway from the old town very close to the shopping and main road. The library is absolutely gorgeous with a great children's section. There are restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping in Camarillo, and there is a big outlet center as well. Some of the homes (like ours) are getting older. We had one with a newly remodeled interior, but a lot of the exteriors aren't beautiful in the older areas. Camarillo has expanded, though, and there are also new homes available.
