"The Estates Neighborhood, Ridgecrest, CA (China Lake)"

The Estates is a newer neighborhood located near the China Lake base in Ridgecrest. The houses are very nice and the neighborhood is maintained very well. The CCR's are a bit strict, but that keeps the homes looking nice. The rent range is the only negative about living here. The BAH is usually much lower than what people charge for renting these nicer homes, but some people prefer to pay more for a newer place.
