"HOA and selective enforcement to investors"

Somebody wrote that the HOA paid to have there lawm mowed while deployed? No wonder they are trying to get money out of certain homeowners. Miserable, no communication from management

"Extremely family friendly neighborhood"

Fishhawk Ranch is about 30 minutes east of MacDill AFB (FHR has a free shuttle to base). It's the most family friendly community we have lived in. There are single family homes & townhomes, 10 community parks, tennis courts, 5 community pools, a toddler splash pool, community movie room, skate park, a sports complex (soccer/baseball) & A+ rated schools. Within the community is Park Square Town Center that has a wine bistro, pizza parlor, ceramics/art shop, ice cream shop, a YMCA, sushi restaurant, dance studio/school, bar, & a salon/spa. Within biking/walking distance there are grocery stores & many restaurants & shopping. The community hosts weekly concerts in the summer, a Pumpkin Festival, brunch with Santa, 5k runs & a monthly farmer's market just to name a few. The 2 local MOMS chapters are an amazing group of families that are so supportive & there is at least 1 activity planned per weekday. If we could move back we would in a heartbeat.

"FishHawk Ranch has it all!"

We live in FishHawk Ranch also known as Macdill East and wouldn’t live anywhere else with kids. It’s the best place to raise kids. Tampa in general is great and there’s so much to do. There is a lot of military so you feel very safe and there is always someone near to help. If you have kids, there are two MOMS clubs and a MOPS club in the neighborhood. It’s worth the commute if you like social, safe, kid friendly neighborhoods.

"FishHawk Ranch in Lithia Florida is Amazing!"

FishHawk Ranch neighborhood is in Lithia Florida. The commute is long about 40 minutes BUT IT’S SO WORTH IT. There is a free commuter bus straight from the neighborhood if you don’t want to drive. The amenities are amazing with 4 pools, tennis club, event center, town center with restaurants, salon, dance school, professional offices, and wine store. There is 25+miles of walking/biking trails. There are tons of neighborhood events like free Friday night concerts in the summer. The neighborhood has the #1 elementary school in the state of Florida, and excellent other elementary, middle and highschools. We love it so much we kept our home and want to move back. HOA cuts your grass if your service member is deployed!!! It’s amazing and worth the drive.
