We rented a condo in the Summerlin subdivision and the area was fantastic! Extremely close to grocery stores and restaurants but traffic isn't too bad. Lots of areas to walk, 1 minute to I95, just really a fantastic location. I lived in Jax for about 7 years and this was by far the best part of town.

"Lovely homes in a great area!"

This is a beautiful neighborhood with great amenities, such as a fitness center, pools with a big water slide, and fields for playing. The homes are relatively new and look great both outside and in. It's central to the Mandarin and Fruit Cove areas, so shops are close by. There is quite a commute to both NAS JAX and Mayport, but you'll notice after being in Jacksonville that almost everything is spread out, so you'll be used to traveling that long to get anywhere.

"Family Friendly, Super Safe, Awesome Amenities!"

We have rented a SFH in Bartram Springs for a year and a half and LOVE it! We don't have children, but TONS of families in the neighborhood do - there is even an elementary school located WITHIN the neighborhood for children who live there. Super family friendly. Neighbors are awesome and always there when we need them. Amenities include gym, pool, tennis and volleyball courts, playground for kids, clubhouse available to host events, etc. We will definitely look here again if/when we return to Jacksonville!! We love the southern part of Duval county, which is where this neighborhood is located.
