Upscale community located off of Highway 96 located close to Bonaire Middle and across from a golf course in Waterford in Houston County Ga. This community is located off of Highway 96 that is conveniently located near shopping restaurants, entertainment, I-75 and less than 15 minutes from Robins AFB. This community has one and two story brick homes, 3-4+ bedrooms, mature trees, well maintained yards and 2+ car garages. Homes are from 1900 to 3600 sq feet. This neighborhood began in 2006. The Houston County schools for this neighborhood are Bonaire Elementary, Bonaire Middle and Warner Robins High School. This neighborhood pays only county taxes.
