Magnolia Valley Plantation: Off Base Neighborhood/Subdivision

"Family Friendly Neighborhood with Lots to Do"

We bought a house in Magnolia Valley Plantation about 2 years ago, and have not regretted it! We live on a street with the friendliest neighbors of anywhere we have ever lived! There are always kids out playing, and the neighborhood itself hosts many events, such as block parties, trunk or treat, and more throughout the year. There is a neighborhood pool, and this year we got key cards for access. The pool has olympic swimming lanes, as well as a splash area. It is always spotless, and there are also grills available to use and restrooms. The elementary school across the street from the subdivision is brand new, and it is one of the top in the county. Being off of William Few, you have the advantage of being close enough to town, but also off from the busiest and most traffic filled roads. The commute to post is about 20 minutes, which isn't the shortest you will be able to find, but we find that the advantages are worth it. One disadvantage is we don't have streetlights yet, but we are told it is in the works. There is an HOA with $500 a year fees, but these fees go towards pool upkeep, events, etc.
