Desired schools! I feel the same sense of unity here as when I lived on base during pilot training (in a good way). Perfect mix of people (not all military, some professors, medical, home improvement, etc) Close to highway & town, back roads to base (Bemiss has cops waiting for military to speed and this avoids that way!) I really enjoy this neighborhoods park with trails, HOA involvement/parties,real bathrooms, dog parks, playground: it's really one of a kind! I'd only consider living in 2 other neighborhoods in the whole town
