Ocean Pointe is a true GEM with landscaping, energy value, community design and planning. More than 2,200 families currently call this award-winning community home.
There are over 50 different model homes – a mix of single- and two-story single-family homes as well as town homes, some of which front the Ernie Els-designed golf course at Hoakalei Country Club.
Possibly the most single most differentiating feature of Ocean Pointe is its welcoming, walkable design, which is reminiscent of traditional hometown neighborhoods.
