"Charming Established Neighborhood"
Charming 1980s neighborhood! No two homes are exactly alike, and all were built as first-class residences in the 1980s by one of the area's premiere builders. Today the community is both older retirees who have called the area home since moving into a new home, and younger new families who have been looking for affordable while still upscale housing in a desirable neighborhood. Shared green spaces and an active HOA that hosts seasonal neighborhood events make this a great place for families, children, pets. It's a short commute to Barksdale AFB, and easy access to Airline Dr, Benton Rd, and I-220 make get around easy. Nearby shopping, dining, churches, health care make this a great location. This is a quiet neighborhood where neighbors still know each other by name, and where we felt safe walking at any time of day.
