"Living in Waynesville, MO"
The Summit is located in Waynesville with easy access to both the Main (North) and West gates. It is in city limits so you benefit from plowed streets in the winter and other city amenities such as storm drains. Most homes are in the stated price range but there are a few more expensive.
The neighborhood is very quiet with over half of the homes with school age children. You can know your neighbors as much as you choose to. Very diverse ranks as well with senior NCO, mid grade officer and civilians. The store manager for Lowes, former City mayor and upper level GS employees also call this area home.
Prime benefits of the area are all newer homes built to code, green space, owners who care about their homes and renters who get checked on frequently. There is also a covenant, but no HOA. Easy access for cable, internet and phone providers as well. Finally, since it's in city limits all utilities are paid in one place rather than multiple if you live in the county.
